Does the Minister agree that the actions of the heartless and cruel bullies who worked in Muckamore and those who chose to turn a blind eye, as the report identifies, are not, in any shape or form, representative of the many thousands of staff in our Health and Social Care system who provide compassionate and dedicated care daily to the vulnerable, the young, the elderly, the ill and the dying, who all depend on our Health and Social Care system?
