Text

I absolutely share the Member's ambition to see people living in the community. The trusts provide a range of evidence-informed programmes for individuals who are awaiting assessment. For children and young people, early intervention teams deliver proactive needs-led programmes that are neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. They include structured group interventions addressing common challenges such as managing anxiety or emotional regulation. Alongside that, we have targeted individual supports for families who have more complex needs. Trusts are also working in partnership with statutory, community and voluntary sector partners, adopting a "Think family" approach. Training and support is provided to local services, including Sure Start and family support hubs. That enhances community capacity to respond effectively.
