Text
Mr Buckley asked the Minister for Infrastructure, given that she will be aware of the plight of the owners of homes in a small number of unfinished and unadopted developments across Northern Ireland, one of which is Birchwood Manor — a 23-house development in his constituency that has remained unfinished for close to 15 years and on which he has engaged extensively over a number of years with the Department and the Minister — and noting that a developer going bust means that there is not enough money in the bond to ensure adequate waste water facilities, what she and the Department, in conjunction with Northern Ireland Water, can do to alleviate the anxiety and safety concerns of local residents, including his constituents.
