Text

I wish that I were one of your favourite MLAs. You have just talked about women who could be the victims of rape, and about their being disenfranchised. In the 10 years that I have been in the House, I have been disenfranchised when cross-community voting has been called. You have disenfranchised me. You do not know how I was going to vote.
