Text

— thousands of reports on why children engage in offending. The Department, through the Executive programme on paramilitarism and organised crime (EPPOC), produced a list of ACEs, reasons why children and, indeed, adults with high levels of ACEs are more likely to offend and details of what you can do to prevent that. The last thing that young people need is another report that nobody wants to do anything about, like the one in 2011. They would rather leave those young people dangling until they are the adults sitting in the Chamber making the decisions.
