Text
We have found something that we can agree on in the Chamber tonight. There are a lot of amendments, and the trees have been harvested in the name of the Member for North Antrim Paul Frew. I will go back to my point. The spoiler alert is that the Alliance MLA who tried to shut down this line of debate at Second Stage by saying that the age of criminal responsibility would not form part of the Bill was Nuala McAllister, yet, 21 months later, here we are, debating a number of amendments on the age of criminal responsibility.
