Text
Thank you for your response, Minister. You will be aware of Belfast City Council's recent consultation on the use of the mechanism to extend opening hours over 13 Sundays this summer. In response to the consultation, 79% of people were in favour, as were 57% of businesses, and retail workers were evenly split. Can you not ask your officials to look at that response? There is clear support across the community for the change.
