I completely reject the final part of the Member's question. Clearly, that is absolutely not the case. As I have outlined in detail, the appointments were made in line with the code of practice that was issued by the Commissioner for Public Appointments. The process was followed robustly. At all stages, the proper process was followed and records were taken to ensure its transparency and accountability.
