Text
Mrs Guy asked the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in light of the fact that Alliance has long advocated for reform of power-sharing to stop single parties from blocking the functioning of the Executive, because it believes that pulling down this place has caused damage to our education system, health service and economy, and that the First Minister's party has just published its reform proposals, whether the deputy First Minister will commit to talks with other parties in the Assembly and the UK and Irish Governments to bring about institutional reform.
