I thank the Minister for his answer. The Minister will know that that is an issue across Northern Ireland, including in our constituency, where, even today, long delays in NIEA's consultee responses are curtailing economic development amongst other things. In the past five years, the Department's performance rate has ranged from 59% to 72%, which is simply not good enough. Minister, when will we see real improvement and action rather than just words?
