Text

I thank the Member for giving way. It is helpful that he has done so, because I wish to correct the record. When I was speaking as Chairperson of the Justice Committee, I inadvertently promoted my amendment No 65, rather than amendment No 52, which is what I should have said. I also said that the report must include "the number of directions" from courts and tribunals, when I should have said that it must include:

"the number of times the live link arrangements have been conducted in each year of the review period, broken down by reference to policing district and offence".

I thank the Member for giving me that opportunity to correct the record.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.02 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
