I am not saying that that cannot be done; I am saying that I do not trust him. If we hollow out the Bill, we are not going to end up getting what we think that we are going to get. The whole principle behind the Bill is to sanction teachers. That is why teachers are so angry, and that is why we will vote against it. We stand with teachers, not with him.
