Are you always going to take it that, if something comes out of the Executive, that is an endorsement? Scrutiny should happen in the Chamber. You should know all about that. You will not let the 'good jobs' employment rights Bill go through. Do you want us to keep blocking everything? Is that what you want us to do, or is that what you are going to do?
