Text
I do not accept that. I am trying to remember. As we know, the Southern Trust did not follow the standard procedure of one full review and one quick review. It went for two full reviews. Of course, the trust did that with the best of intentions, but it meant that we could not benchmark against other services, and that was one of the big problems for the trust. From memory, when it comes to the Western Trust, the level at which it pressed the warning light was different. I will refresh myself on that and meet the people whom Sinéad McLaughlin wants to bring to me. We will see where that takes us.
